Pursuant to Florida Statute 810.09, entering into a trespass agreement with the Boynton Beach Police Department authorizes its personnel to issue and enforce trespass warnings on behalf of the property owner or their agent. This agreement grants the Boynton Beach Police Department the authority to issue trespass warnings when the business is closed or when the owner/agent is unavailable.
