Plan Review Fee: One-Half Hour: $75.00

Land Development Plan Fee (minimum fee): $75 or

1.00% ........................................................ $0-$100,000 plus
0.30%.......................................................... $100,001 - $500,000 plus
0.10%...........................................................over $500,001

Land Development Plan Fee (minimum fee): $75 or

2.3% or the construction value, whichever is greater

Right of Way Permit Fee (minimum fee): $75 or

2.3% or the construction value, whichever is greater

Inspection Fees: $40.00

Inspections

Advisory, Special Inspection, or Inspections During Off-Duty Hours (minimum two hours)

Platting Fee:

Preliminary Plat Fee: $1000.00

City Preview Fee: $2,500.00

Surveyor Fees: Contracted Surveyor rates

Requested for Plat Waiver: $500.00
