CARES Program

The purpose of Boynton Beach Fire Rescue CARES Program is to provide our youth with a comprehensive understanding of the Fire Service. Explorers and Cadets will learn skills and cultures of the fire service with complete inclusion of diversity and mindset of the profession. The ultimate goal is to teach our young people to have Compassion, be Altruistic, have Respect, strive for Excellence and be Selfless. Students will be introduced to fundamental Fire Service Skills; as well as become immersed in the diverse and inclusive mindset of the profession.
