SUBJECT: RFP No. 25-058R – CITYWIDE HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CCONDITIONING, EQUIPMENT, MAINTENANCE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES & REPAIRS EVALUATION COMMITTEE MEETING
The Evaluation Committee will convene to review and discuss the findings from the three submitted proposals released to the committee. The Committee members will engage in a collective discussion about each proposal, discuss the findings in the reference checks, present their completed evaluation scores, and determine the next steps for the RFP.
Please be reminded that this RFP is currently under a Cone of Silence. In accordance with the City’s procurement policy, no communication regarding this solicitation should occur between vendors and City staff or Evaluation Committee members. All inquiries must be directed solely through the designated Procurement contact.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0113(2)(b), this meeting has been publicly noticed and will be recorded. This meeting is open to the public.
