The Evaluation Committee will convene for an orientation session to review member responsibilities, receive login credentials for the Bids & Tenders platform, and familiarize themselves with the established evaluation protocol. The committee will then schedule a subsequent meeting to deliberate on submitted proposals, weighing the merits and drawbacks of each submission before assigning scores or rankings.

This process will be facilitated by Andrew Rozwadowski, Procurement Director.
