Notice is hereby given that the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board will meet on January 27, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at the Main Office of the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Election located at 4301 Cherry Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, to discuss the upcoming Uniform Municipal Election.
This notice is provided pursuant to F.S. 102.141.

Public Comments:
The public may offer comments to the Canvassing Board at this meeting about all items on the agenda. The Chair shall have the discretion to set speaking time limits as he or she deems appropriate.
Procedure:
Please complete a Comments by the Public Card and place it in the box labeled “Comments by the Public Cards” located at the designated entrance to the room, prior to the start of the public comment period (which is at the start of the meeting). Cards will not be accepted once the comment period has begun.
ADDRESSING THE CANVASSING BOARD:
When your name is called, please stand and state your name for the record.
DECORUM:
Any person making impertinent comments to the agenda or slanderous remarks or who becomes boisterous while addressing the Canvassing Board shall be barred from further audience before the Canvassing Board by the presiding Chair.
NOTE*: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at these meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.

COMENTARIOS PÚBLICOS:
El público puede ofrecer comentarios a la Junta de Escrutinio en esta reunión para todos los temas de la agenda. El Presidente tendrá la facultad discrecional de fijar los límites de tiempo de uso de la palabra que considere apropiados.
PROCEDIMIENTO:
Complete una tarjeta de comentarios del público y colóquela en la casilla etiquetada como "Comentarios de las tarjetas públicas" ubicada en la entrada designada a la sala, antes del inicio del período de comentarios públicos (que es al comienzo de la reunión). No se aceptarán tarjetas una vez que haya comenzado el período de comentarios.

Cuando se le llame por su nombre, por favor póngase de pie y diga su nombre para que conste.
DECORO
Cualquier persona que haga comentarios impertinentes al orden del día o difamatorios, o que se vuelva bulliciosa mientras se dirige a la Junta de Escrutinio, se le prohibirá tener más audiencia ante la Junta de Escrutinio por el Presidente que preside.
NOTA*: Se informa a las personas que si desean apelar cualquier decisión tomada en estas reuniones, necesitarán un registro de los procedimientos, y para tal fin es posible que deban contratar a un taquígrafo de la corte para asegurarse de que se haga un registro literal de los procedimientos, cuyo registro incluya el testimonio y las pruebas en las que se basará la apelación. según la Sección 286.0105 de los Estatutos de la Florida.
