NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Pursuant to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the City of Boynton Beach has available for a 15-day Public Comment period starting on December 2, 2024 through December 17, 2024, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) on its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program covering October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.  The report will be submitted to HUD for review. Citizens may review a copy of the report at the Boynton Beach Public Library or the Community Improvement Division, located at 100 E Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida, 33435. Written comments on the report should identify the author of the comment by name, address and interest affected.  Send comment to RJ Ramirez, Community Improvement Division, Manager at the above address.
