Dispatcher
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must become certified by the Florida and National Crime Information Center (FCIC/NCIC) within six months of employment in addition to basic Telecommunicator training
- Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license
- Must possess and maintain the State of Florida 911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Certification within one year of employment
- Failure to obtain the aforementioned required standard licenses within the allotted timeframe may result in termination of employment
