Legacy Permits

The City of Boynton Beach migrated from Legacy our paper permit processing system in May, 2021, however, there are projects that were initiated in this system that are not closed.  If you applied for a permit prior to May 22, 2021 or have a permit application number of 21-2803 and lower you must use our Legacy system to reinstate your permit or permit application, make payments, submit revisions to an approved permit, submit corrections for a previously rejected permit application, or request certificates.

Inspection requests must be received by 3:00 pm in order to schedule an inspection for the following business day.

This information is to help you with the permitting process.  Depending on type of permit, you may need to  find and download permit forms and applications (below).

For Permits Issued Before May 22, 2021:

If your permit number is 21-2804 or lower, please continue to follow our Legacy process to schedule your inspection, check your application status, and view the daily inspections schedule. To submit a new permit application please click here to process through our new SagesGov software.
