SOLICITATION NO:      RFP No. 25-058R

3.  A-1 Air Solutions

This Intent to Negotiate initiates the first phase of the process, during which the City will begin discussions with the above-referenced vendor to develop a proposed contract. Should the City be unable to reach a satisfactory agreement with the highest-scoring proposer, the City reserves the right to terminate negotiations and proceed to negotiate with the next highest-scoring proposer, in order of ranking, as provided under the solicitation and applicable procurement regulations. The finalized agreement will be presented to the City Commission at a future date for consideration and approval.

This Notice is conditioned upon and subject to the City of Boynton Beach’s reservation of rights as contained in the RFP documents and approval by the City Commission. 

In accordance with Section 2-355 of the Palm Beach County Code of Ordinances, the Cone of Silence remains in effect for this solicitation until award, rejection, or other action is taken by the applicable award authority to end the solicitation process otherwise. 

City staff would like to thank all firms that participated in this RFP and submitted a proposal for this professional service. The Purchasing Division has posted the scoring on bids&tenders.  We encourage firms to look for future City term contracts and projects.
