The Evaluation Committee will convene to review and discuss the findings from the five submitted proposals released to the committee on June 13th. The Committee members will engage in a collective discussion about each proposal, discuss the findings in the reference checks, present their completed evaluation score, and determine the next steps for the RFP.
The Committee will decide whether to shortlist proposers and, if so, whether to invite shortlisted firms to deliver presentations. Based on the outcomes of these discussions, the Committee will determine if to rank the shortlisted proposals after presentations.
