[ARCHIVED] City to Offer Free Vegetation Amnesty: December 9 to December 13

The Boynton Beach Solid Waste Division is offering a vegetation amnesty week from December 9 - 13, during which the city will allow residents unlimited, free vegetation pickup. Vegetation must be placed at the curb the day before residents regularly scheduled pick-up day. 

Outside of vegetation amnesty week, residents may place 3 cubic yards of vegetation weekly the day before their scheduled pick-up. Vegetation must be 4 feet in length, 4 inches in diameter, spaced 3 feet away from any obstruction such as mailboxes, cars or recycling bins. Vegetation must be separated from bulk trash or any debris. Large tree stumps and trunks larger than 4 feet in diameter require a special pick-up. The same guidelines apply for vegetation amnesty week.
