*NEW* Beginning September 25, 2023, Oceanfront Park Beach and Harvey E. Oyer Jr. Park Boat Ramp parking permits will be available for purchase online at bbfl.info/ParkingPermits or in person at City Hall (100 E. Ocean Ave.) Monday – Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Permits will be valid from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.

Oceanfront Park Beach Parking Permits
- $65/Year Resident
- $200/Year Qualified Non-Resident
- $50/Year Senior Resident (65+, proof of age required)
Harvey E. Oyer Jr. Park Boat Ramp Parking Permit
- $200/Year Florida Resident
- $350/Year Out of State
Proof of residency is required. Acceptable forms of residency include a current utility bill dated within the last two months, a current tax bill, property deed or lease agreement. In addition, vehicle registration is required for Oceanfront Park Beach permits and trailer registration is required for Harvey E. Jr. Oyer Park.
Effective November 1, 2023, daily parking fees at Oceanfront Park Beach and Harvey E. Oyer Jr. Park Boat Ramp will increase to $2.50 an hour.
These funds are dedicated to the beautification, maintenance and overall improvement of Boynton Beach.
