[ARCHIVED] 2025 International Kinetic Art Experience Boynton Beach Announces 7th Biennial Event

The City of Boynton Beach is pleased to announce that the 2025 International Kinetic Art Experience in Boynton Beach will be held Saturday, February 1, and Sunday, February 2. The outdoor and indoor experience will highlight meaningful, eye-catching, interactive art by prominent kinetic artists whose work uses movement or perceived movement to achieve its effect. The event will feature works by artists from around the world, reflecting a variety of styles and modes of movement.

“This year’s exhibit will showcase absolutely captivating and immersive art displays and will attract people from all over South Florida,” Boynton Beach Director of Recreation and Cultural Services Craig Clark said. “The International Kinetic Art Experience really celebrates movement in art, branding Boynton Beach as a premier cultural destination and providing an unforgettable weekend celebrating the arts.”

The outdoor installations are accessed via an easy-to-walk, self-guided tour through downtown Boynton Beach. During opening weekend, the FREE, family-friendly public event will take place from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, February 1st and Sunday, February 2nd from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.  The outdoor portion will close at 4 p.m. both days. 

The event will include the works of more than 30 artists on display both outside and in the Boynton Beach Arts & Cultural Center, 125 E. Ocean Ave. There will be an  “Artists’ Talks” symposium, children’s art activities, live music, food trucks throughout the family-friendly cultural experience.
