The City responds to complaints from the public regarding suspected property maintenance violations and other nuisance violations as adopted in our Code of Ordinances. Senate Bill CS/SB 60 prohibits city & county code compliance inspectors from initiating an investigation into violations of local codes or ordinances based upon anonymous complaints.
