The Building Division is almost ready to launch Phase II of our SagesGov software. At 5:00 pm Friday, January 14, SagesGov software will be shut down through Tuesday, January 18 at 8:00 am. The system will be available with Phase II features to make your permit application experience more efficient and easy, from the submittal all the way through the closeout of the project. We are excited and will be here to assist to make this process smooth for us all.
Please note again the software will be unavailable from Friday, January 14, 2022 through Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 8:00am.
A. If your permit/project number is numbered higher than the Legacy permit #21-2804, but submitted before January 18, 2022, permit issuance, payments, inspections, and certificates will be processed through our “Permits Legacy Process”. For plan review and revision, please click on the “New SagesGov Permits Process” and find the same permit/project with the number assigned to it in that system (ex: RSHU-2021-05.006).
B. All new permits/projects entered after January 18th, 2022 will be processed entirely in the “New SagesGov Permits Process”.
C. If the permit/project is numbered 21-2804 or lower, all actions will be performed in the “Permits Legacy Process”.
