NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Florida Statute 420.9076 municipalities that are recipients of State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds are statutory required to assemble an Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) for the purposes of completing a Housing Incentive Strategies Report that recommends incentives for affordable and workforce housing. The Housing Incentive Strategies Report recommends specific actions or incentives to encourage the development of affordable and workforce housing units in the City.
The recommendations outlined in this report may include, but are not limited to modification of existing policies, procedures, ordinances, regulations or plan provisions.
It is expected for the AHAC to approve the recommendations at a public meeting to be held on:
