Boynton Beach residents now have the ability to report issues such as potholes, abandoned vehicles, street lights out, water line breaks and more to the City via a new phone app.
Launched this week, the City of Boynton Beach app, available in both the Apple and Google Play stores, is free to download and use. Users can report an issue, along with a photo, directly through their phone; issues are sent directly to the appropriate City department to address. The individual reporting an issue will then receive an email response, informing them that the issue has been reported, and follow up emails once the issue is resolved.
The City’s app is recommended for visitors as well, as it includes information about the City’s parks and amenities, along with general information about parking, events, and much more.
