City Departments, located in City Hall, will begin moving on Friday, August 17 to temporary locations due to the upcoming Town Square Redevelopment Project.
On August 17, Customer Service, currently located in the lobby of City Hall, will be closed. Customers will be unable to pay their water bills with cash, or obtain permits (such as beach decals, etc.) on August 17 at City Hall. Customer Service will reopen Monday, August 20, at 12 p.m. at 209 North Seacrest Boulevard (south of the Post Office). The current utility bill payment drop box, located outside the current City Hall, will also be moved on August 17 to this same location, and will continue to accept check payments.
The City Manager’s Office and the Departments of Communications & Marketing, Economic Development, Finance, Human Resources, Grants & ADA and the City Attorney’s Office will be closed on Friday, August 24 and reopen on Monday, August 27 at 3301 Quantum Boulevard, Suite 101. Community Standards, City Clerk, Information Technology Services, Community Improvement, and Parks & Recreation will be closed on Monday, August 27 and reopen Wednesday, August 29 at 3301 Quantum Boulevard, Suite 101. Planning & Zoning, Development Administration, Building, Public Art, Public Works/Engineering will be closed Friday, August 31 and reopen at 3301 Quantum Blvd., Suite 101 on Tuesday, September 4.
The Police Departments of Public Records and Internal Affairs will be closed on Sunday, September 23. They will reopen on Monday, September 24 at 209 North Seacrest Boulevard (south of the Post Office). Police and Fire Rescue services will not be interrupted.
• All department’s hours will remain the same at their temporary locations (Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). All City Department’s phone numbers will be active and answered during the moves.
• Beginning Tuesday, September 4, all public meetings will be held at the Intracoastal Park Clubhouse, located at 2240 North Federal Highway.
