May 2021 is Mental Health and Trauma-Informed Care Awareness Month! This annual celebration recognizes that mental health is something everyone should care about, and focuses on providing resources for those impacted by trauma and those struggling with mental illness.

Join the Boynton Beach City Library to "Get Your Green On" throughout May with fun and educational offerings like meditation, walk-fit classes, a Mental Health Month book club, and much more!

This programming was made possible by our generous community partners: the Boynton Beach Mental Health Committee, NAMI PBC, the Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness, Total Body Fitness with Rosa LLC, and Healthier Boynton Beach.
