COLLECTION DESCRIPTION
Historical Note: Boynton Cultural Centre, Inc. was established in 1997 as the administrative board of the Schoolhouse Children’s Museum and Learning Centre, located in the renovated Boynton Elementary School building (built 1913) at 129 E Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach.
Scope and Content Note: Administrative files, including founding documents, committee and meeting notes; grant and fund-raising for restoration of the building; and publications, chiefly for exhibitions. Includes information about Boynton School and restoration (that may have been undertaken before the organizations were established) throughout.
