Born Ann Thieman in 1894 and raised on a farm in Missouri, Barrett worked as a real estate agent in California before moving to Florida in 1944. In 1947, she opened Coast Line Realty. Barrett was a significant figure in the development of Boynton Beach until her death in 1998.
Scope and Content Note:
Collection includes two scrapbooks featuring newsclippings about real estate in Florida (1946-1954). Also, a small amount of correspondence, records, certificates, loose clippings, and three photographs.
