Inclusion Works is a voluntary program which we believe will help grow your business and recognize your desire to provide a welcoming environment that is accessible to everyone. We are NOT the “ADA Police”. We are here to guide and support your business, and help you open your doors to new customers who may have difficulty accessing your services. As for ADA compliance, that is federal law and it is mandated by the U.S. Department of Justice.

We can connect you to agencies who will match a talented individual to your business needs. Several agencies pay the individual’s salary while in training, provide free supported employment through a job coach, to help with any employment questions/needs, and serve as a resource for as long as the individual is employed with you. You may also be eligible for tax credits. It is a win-win! Ask us about Supported Employment and Work Experience opportunities.
