No! The City  does not charge a fee for this program.

You may apply online.  After you complete the application online, an Inclusion Works team member will contact you to confirm receipt, answer any questions, and schedule a site visit and training. The City has a culture of inclusion. Our team will support you as you grow your customer through this program.

No, Inclusion Works is not required, however the ADA is federally mandated law and we are here to support your business thrive as you work toward your desire to provide a welcoming environment that is accessible to everyone.  We are NOT the “ADA Police”.  We are here to guide and support your business to new customers who may have difficulty accessing your services. As for ADA compliance, that is federal law and it is mandated by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Yes! All of your current efforts are appreciated and will be considered as part of your goal of inclusion partnership with the City.

Once we have conferred with you regarding your inclusive actions, you will have the opportunity to be recognized on social media, at a city commission meeting and through other marketing actions.

As far as we know, we are not aware of any other local municipalities with programs like Boynton Beach’s Inclusion Works Business Recognition Program. You and your business would be pioneers and trend setters!

We have connections with several different agencies who have job programs and many have talented individuals looking for employment. We are happy to share our resources and connections with you.
