Location: West side of North Seacrest Blvd. across from Mentone Road. 
Description: Multifamily residential development consisting of 58 rental apartments within five (5), two/three-story structures with associated residential improvements on 3.87 acres. 

Location: 700 N. Seacrest Boulevard.
Description: Multifamily residential development featuring 123 multi-family affordable rental units (30 one bedroom, 63 two bedroom, and 30 three bedroom), three story structures with residential amenities, 990 square feet of “flex and community space”, new sidewalks, street lighting, on-street parking spaces, a plaza-style open space and enhanced landscaping on 4.32 acres. 

Location: Along Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach Blvd. – North, SE 2nd Ave. – South, SE 2nd St. – East, Seacrest Blvd. – West
Description: 16-acre redevelopment that includes the renovation of the Historic Boynton Beach High School into a Cultural Center, high-rise residential, retail space, a hotel, playgrounds, amphitheater, open spaces, parking garages, a fire station and a new innovative City Hall and Library.
