Thomas Turkin is a highly accomplished and multifaceted individual with a diverse professional background that uniquely positions him to serve as Vice Mayor of Boynton Beach, Florida. In addition, Vice Mayor Turkin also serves as a Board Director for the Palm Beach County League of Cities.Â
Born in Georgia and raised by a family of European immigrants, Thomas is a proud first-generation American who understands the value of hard work, perseverance, and adversity. Thomas has called Boynton Beach his home since 2012 and has been an active member of the community ever since. He attended school for business, where he developed a deep passion for learning and personal growth. He has since gone on to pursue a variety of professional endeavors, including serving and currently serving his country in the United States Navy’s construction battalion and obtaining his real estate license.
In addition to his military and real estate experience, Thomas has over a decade of experience in operations/management for the veterinary health field. This unique background has given him a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork, budgeting, and collaboration.
Outside of his professional life, Vice Mayor Turkin enjoys a variety of hobbies, including fishing, boating, traveling, sports, reading and being present in the community. He is deeply committed to serving the people of Boynton Beach and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the city. His diverse background and wealth of experience make him an invaluable asset to the community and a strong leader as Vice Mayor.
