NOTICE OF A CLOSED-DOOR SESSION ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 19, 2021 AT 4:30 P.M. VIA ZOOM
In accordance with Section 286.011(8) Florida Statutes, the City Commission will hold a closed-door session on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 beginning at 4:30 p.m., via Zoom to discuss the case:
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, a Florida municipal corporation, Plaintiff, vs. JKM BTS CAPITAL, LLC., Defendant – Palm Beach County Circuit Court Case Number: 50-2020CA012780-XXXX-MB
In attendance will be the City Attorney James Cherof, City Manager Lori LaVerriere, a Court Reporter, the Mayor and City Commission. Approximately 60 minutes will be needed.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the city commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
