Effective October 1, 2023, the City will implement new short-term rental rules to balance economic vitality and residential tranquility. 

What's changing? 

• If you rent your property more than three times a year for periods less than thirty days, you must register the property as a short-term rental. 

Short-term rental operators must first obtain a vacation rental license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation before applying with the City of Boynton Beach.
