You're the BOSS - Boynton Online Services System Offers Virtual City Hall

You're the BOSS! Starting Friday, Aug. 29, the BOSS (Boynton Online Services System) gives City of Boynton Beach Utility customers access to up-to-date account information, billing history and service consumption summaries over the Internet. Customers can use the BOSS to pay Utility bills using their VISA or MasterCard. Other features include payment history, consumption and service graphs, billing statements, consolidated account and automatic registration.

After logging on to the new Utility Bill Pay at https://c2gov.ci.boynton-beach.fl.us/Click2GovCX  you will need your account number, last billed amount, cycle and route. The BOSS is a new suite of interactive online services that also includes Business License module that allows businesses the convenience of renewing business tax receipts online and Boynton e-News. By going the City's website, residents and anyone else who is interested in the City of Boynton Beach can sign up in various categories to receive from the City by email news and information that is of particular interest to them. Subscribers can manage their own accounts, subscribing to as many categories as they choose. There is also the ability to receive information by fax and telephone. However, only certain information is available by these two methods. Subscribers may also unsubscribe at will.

In the fall, the City will add BoyntonQA, a citizen request system to the BOSS. BoyntonQA's knowledge base will continue to grow as the public submits questions and City staff supplies the answers. An interactive job application process is also being planned. The BOSS is one more way for the City to be able to communicate directly with the public and for the public to transact business without having to travel to City Hall.
