City Holds City Services Institute
Provides Overview of Government in Entertaining Manner

Participants are now being enrolled for the Fall semester of the Boynton Beach City Services Institute, which will be held from Oct. 4-Nov. 22, 2010, at various City facilities. This eight-week course, held on consecutive Monday evenings at 6:30, was developed to acquaint residents and business owners with the structure of City government and to provide them with information and tours of City facilities in an entertaining and informative manner that will enable them to become more fully involved in the community.

CSI is an ideal way for citizens to open the doors of City government and discover a wealth of information that will make them real authorities and resources for their neighbors, organizations and clubs. By the end of the course, which includes a graduation ceremony and dinner at the City’s The Links at Boynton Beach golf course, participants will have a better understanding of how the City operates. They will have established relationships with department directors and their staffs that will enable them to more easily conduct their business with the City.
