Southeast Fourth Street - Water, Stormwater and Reclaimed Water Improvements
This project will install new drinking water mains, reclaimed water mains, and a new stormwater system along SE 4th Street, from SE 12th Ave. to SE 2nd Ave. During this construction , a new roadway will also be built from Ocean Ave. south to SE 12th Ave., with new paving, sidewalks, and a center median where possible. The entire construction period should last one year or less.

The construction contract for this project has been awarded, and construction has begun with the installation of a new reclaimed water main (purple pipe) to serve large commercial and residential projects. The project construction will be approximately 330 days from start to finish.
