Project Description:

The Lake Boynton Estates Project involves the new installation of approximately 10,000 feet of 6-inch diameter water main.  This piping will replace the existing old and undersized water mains in rear easements.  Replacement will help reduce the costs for maintenance and upkeep of the system.  It will also provide better water pressure and water quality with the larger pipelines.  In addition, for those homes currently served by mains in the rear easement, the project will include the installation of new water service lines to your home.  The entire area will also benefit from the addition of new fire hydrants for added fire protection.

Project Status: 

The project is now ready to be advertised for bid, and we expect construction to begin in mid- to late- Fall 2011 and achieve substantial completion in Fall 2012
