Fridays from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. - Bob Robert's Society Orchestra: Treat yourself and a friend to Friday afternoons of ballroom dancing and music at the Civic Center. This 18 member band plays a variety of ballroom styles at each dance and performs 40 times a year making it the busiest Big band in the area!  Fee: $3 per person at the door.

Thursday, May 8, 7:30 p.m. - James E. Buffan Gold Coast Band: Enjoy the season's concerts at the Civic Center. $4 donation at the door appreciated.

 Saturday, May 10, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Hoopin' Around the City.  A FREE Mini Basketball Camp for ages 8 - 15 will be held at Betty Thomas Park, 2882 SE 2nd Avenue.  Call 742-6231 for more information.
