Hours of Operation
The Clubhouse at Intracoastal Park is open for recreation program registration and beach and boat decal sales during the following hours*:
Tuesday - Thursday – 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday – 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday and Monday - Closed

Recreation Program Registration
The Clubhouse at Intracoastal Park is the central registration area for all recreation programs. The friendly staff at the Clubhouse will help you register for any of the recreation classes, activities and programs listed in each issue of the Funfare! Magazine at the various recreation centers in Boynton Beach.
Registration Dates
Summer: begins May 5 for Residents and May 12 for Non-residents.
Payment
Checks or money orders should be made payable to The City of Boynton Beach. Visa & MasterCard are also accepted at the Clubhouse.
Returned Checks
The City of Boynton Beach charges a service fee of $20 for all returned checks.

Proof of Residency
The City of Boynton Beach reserves the right to request proof of residency (i.e. utility bill) at the time of registration.
Resident and Non-Resident Fees
In all program descriptions in the Funfare! Magazine, Resident fees are designated with the letter "R"; Non-Resident fees are designated with the letters "NR". Residents are those persons residing within the corporate city limits of Boynton Beach.
Cancellations
Programs that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be cancelled prior to the start date of the program. Full refunds will be issued.
Customer Satisfaction Pledge and Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction by offering high quality recreation programs at reasonable prices. If you are not satisfied with a class or are unable to participate, please contact us. A full refund will be issued to anyone who completes a Refund Request Form prior to the start of the second day of class. No refunds will be issued after the start of the second class or after an event is held. Exception: Summer Camps. Camp refund requests received after May 16 will be subject to a $25 per participant fee and NO REFUNDS will be issued after June 20 or if a participant is expelled. All refund checks take approximately three weeks to process and mail. Refund of payments made by check will not be processed until 3 weeks from the original transaction date. Participants may choose a credit in lieu of a refund.
Age Requirements
All youth participants must meet the age requirements by the start day of the class/program for which they are being enrolled (unless otherwise noted). All new registrants under the age of 18 must supply a copy of the birth certificate upon initial registration. To ensure the maximum benefit and enjoyment of recreation activities, the Recreation & Parks Department reserves the right to withdraw any participant who does not meet program age criteria.
