Registration
Visit Intracoastal Park Clubhouse, 2240 North Federal Highway, to register for Department of Recreation and Parks classes, programs, and activities. Registration for programs beginning in September is August 19 for Residents and August 26 for Non-residents. Fees are per 6 week session.
Programs and Activities
To ensure the maximum benefit and enjoyment of recreational activities, all youth participants must meet the age requirements on or before the start of class.

Baby & Me: ages 12 - 22 months
This special interactive six week program is designed for caregiver and child to enjoy creative play, crafts & music centering on developing social skills & self-expression.
Day: Wednesday

JAMbooda: ages 2 - 5 years
Young children love to be on the move and need to jump, sing, shake, shimmy, twirl and stomp to their heart's content! Everyone benefits when caregivers join their 1-4 year olds in this musical class. Get your little one moving with JAM songs & dances and creative movement. Children will learn signing, too.
Day: Wednesday or Saturday

Tots In Tune: ages 23 - 29 months
This six week class is a fun and exciting way to introduce children, ages 22 - 29 months, to a world of new experiences. Tot and caregiver will enjoy music, movement crafts and stories.

Coffee & Crayons: ages 30 - 35 months
This six week creative class can help you & your child get ready for Sooo Big or I Am Growing Up. Child and caregiver will enjoy music, stories & crafts.

I Am Growing Up: age 3 years
With these innovative classes of songs, stories & crafts, children are sure to enjoy learning while streching their imaginations! Children MUST be potty trained. Pack a snack!

Shooting Stars: girls and boys ages 3 & 4
Boys and girls, ages 3 & 4, will have fun interacting with friends and exploring the art of creatiing in this six week creative class pcked "sky-high" with crafts, songs and stories. Children MUST be potty trained. Pack a snack!

Variety: ages 4 & 5 years
Your 4 or 5 year old will enjoy three mornings of fun in each six week session! Children will love exploring shapes, songs, numbers and, of course, the A-B-C's through creative arts while emphasizing pre-kindergarten education. Pack a lunch!

Sign With Me: ages 10 - 24 months
Through creative songs and stories, families will learn to sign with their young child whether they are preverbal or chattering up a storm! Come join this exciting class to learn basic American Sign Language (ASL) with your baby. Materials are provided; optional learning materials are available for purchase.

These six week classes willl help kids explore their creative side and learn techniques in painting & drawing.

Youth Pottery: ages 7-15 years
Youth can explore their artistic side in these six week sessions. Young artists will create hand-built coil or slab pottery and other fine works of art.
