Avenue of the Arts

The "Avenue of the Arts" is a year long artwork loan program that's designed to evoke your imagination, provoke your creativity and invoke your senses.

"Avenue of the Arts" is the creation of the City's Arts Commission and is realized through the Art in Public Places program.

As you walk from City Hall, down Seacrest Blvd. along Ocean Avenue, east to the Intracoastal, you will discover inspiring artwork.

Along your way you will also learn about the City's amenities such as the Library, Schoolhouse Children's Museum, Civic Center,  Art Center, Madsen Center and Veteran's Park.  Don't forget to visit the shops, restaurants and other local businesses during your tour.

Vote for Art
You can even vote on your favorite piece.   The Art in Public Places program will purchase some of the pieces for permanent placement in Boynton Beach.  And all the artwork is for sale.  You can contact the artist directly, or send email to the Public Art Administrator for information.  A percentage of the artwork sold goes back to the Art in Public Places fund.
