William Combes relocated to Boynton Beach from Long Island, NY. Bill freelances as a commercial photographer. He is dedicated to the industry, expanding his portfolio subjects to still life and landscape photography. Bill even has a collection of vintage photographic equipment that he shares through his lectures.

Bill brings his art of proven ability to meet demanding job specifications, strong communications and interpersonal skills to the Arts Commission board. His keen photograph eye and desire to contribute to the arts will benefit the City’s Art in Public Places program development.
