Arts Commission Board Member Nubia Richman, a Boynton Beach resident since 2005, is an Interpreter. Her passion for many years has been torn between photography and ornamental horticulture.

Nubia has served as a volunteer for several organizations such as American Cancer Society, Women Shelter and Help Center for underprivileged people.

Interested in helping serve the community, Nubia is committed to the Arts and the Boynton Beach Arts Commission. She believes Art is crucial in the cultural, economic, and overall development of places and people.
