City Manager's Report - Agenda Item for June 16, 2009, Commission Meeting.

Performance measurement seeks to evaluate City programs, identify best practices and provide a basis for benchmarking. It addresses the type and quality of service delivered to citizens and ensures that what is critical and relevant is funded. The City implemented a formal performance measurement program in 2003, updated the results in 2007 and again this year in conjunction with the FY2009-2010 budget cycle. Here are the results of the current analysis.
