 Organizational Development offers a wide range of professional development classes on-site. We work with FAU-FIOG and renown facilitators to bring the best of the best in management, supervision, customer service, safety, team work, government budgeting, and personal computing and technical training to out staff. The annual catalog features over 100 workshops from which personnel can select. We offer tuition assistance and a certification assistance program. Personnel can take advantage of self-guided study programs or select training videos from the library. Employees have access to a career counselor and executive coach. Customized classes are available to fill special needs in all departments. |
