Development - plays a vital part in the life cycle of land use and building in the City.

Engineering - performs capital project oversight and is also responsible for the technical review of all private development in the City.

Finance - responsible for administering the City's $171 million dollar budget.

Fire Rescue - provides emergency fire and rescue operations, emergency medical services, along with fire prevention and life safety planning.

Forestry and Grounds - provides oversight of our urban forest and maintains the grounds of City medians and right-of-ways.

GIS (Geographic Information Systems) - provides geodata/digital-mapping services and support.

Golf - The Links at Boynton Beach - a complete golf facility featuring two courses and an all PGA golf professional staff.

Human Resources - provides administration in the areas of recruitment, selection, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational development.

Information Technology Services - responsible for information processing, telecommunications systems, Geographic Information Systems and City television channel (BBTV 18) administration.
Library - selects, organizes, preserves and makes available, freely and easily, to all residents of the community, printed and other materials.

Neighborhood Services - assists in providing leadership, training, and vision to our multicultural neighborhoods.

Organizational Development - offers a wide range of career development classes on-site.

Planning and Zoning - responsible for administrating the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances relating to Land Development Regulations.

Police - responsible for protecting life, property, and constitutional rights of all citizens.

Public Affairs - promotes communication, cooperation, and strong connections between City government and stakeholders.

Public Art - promotes and supports art in public places.

Public Safety - responsible for protecting life and property of all citizens.

Public Works - maintain and improve our public infrastructure such as building, streets, sidewalks and our urban forest.

Recreation and Parks - engages Boynton Beach citizens in diverse recreational experiences and cultivates parks and open spaces.

Risk Management - protects the City's assets from accidental financial loss.

Roads and Streets - assures the daily maintenance of city streets, sidewalks and signs.

Solid Waste - provides refuse and recycling pickup for all residences and commercial establishments located within the city limits of Boynton Beach.

Transportation - provides transportation for the Senior Center and After-school programs.
