Leave your worries behind and dance the night away! Dance is great exercise, stress release and fun! The dress code is casual and the vibe for the night is Rhythm and Blues. $7 in advance; $10 at the door.

Jazzercise Lo- Rock it out, slim it down and tone it up with fresh pulse-pounding music and body blasting moves! This dance workout targets the three major muscle groups: upper body, abs and legs. Pickleball - Adults of all ages can enjoy this fast-paced and exciting sport which combines badminton and tennis. Played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles, it is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players! Monday/Wednesday 6-8:30 p.m., Saturday 9-12.
$5 at the door. Discounted punch pass available.
Weight Room - Get in shape or keep up with your regular fitness routine and save money on gym fees. Open Monday-Friday,

Did you know that the Boynton Beach Senior Center offers free memberships to all Boynton Beach residents within city limits ages 55+? There are numerous activities and events throughout the year that attract hundreds of monthly and thousands of yearly participants. For many of the participating patrons, the Senior Center is a place to socialize and feel needed, a place to stimulate minds, play pool, have a meal or learn about computers. It has changed lives and improved the quality of life for many seniors living in Boynton Beach and surrounding areas.
